The 2012 Townhome painting is scheduled to begin in May.  Some homeowners have received letters requesting necessary repairs be made prior to painting.  If your unit is schedule for painting this year, please take the necessary time to inspect your unit and make the necessary repairs.

 

Town Home grass cutting is scheduled to start after April 1, 2012.

 

The Cranberry Township yard waste pick up service is scheduled to start on April 2, 2012.

 

The GEHA Financial Review Report for 2011 have been completed and posted under the Financial Tab. 

 

A gasoline container was found at the pavilion area.  If this container belongs to you, please contact Cranberry Property Management Co. at 724-799-5152 so that we may return the container to the rightful owner.

As a result of the Glen Eden Board of Directors unanimous vote at the Glen Eden HOA Annual Meeting in December, the Pay Back Program is officially in effect.  Checks have been mailed......

The 2012 Coupon Books have been now been mailed.  Payments are due: January 1st, April 1st July 1st, & October 1st.
