The 2012 Townhome Painting Schedule is now posted under the "Townhomes" Tab.

 

The 2012 Coupon Books have been now been mailed.  Payments are due: January 1st, April 1st July 1st, & October 1st. Annual payment smjust be received by February 15 in order to receive a 3% discount.  For those residents who pay via ACH - no coupon book will be mailed.  If you should have questions or need additional information, please call Cranberry Property Mgt.
