Volunteers Needed to Plant Trees

Be a part of Glen Eden HOA History!
We are seeking help to plant three white pine trees at the front entrance of our Townhome Community, adjacent to the other pine trees by Glen Eden Road across from the power plant. Based upon the number volunteers, we will start the digging on Tuesday, June 9th and will continue on Saturday, June 13th and Monday, June 16. Once the holes are dug, we will schedule the installation.

Power Washing Scheduled to Start

Painting of your unit will follow shortly after the power washing.
Power Washing is scheduled to start on June 8th.
Please move all outside decorative ornaments, children's toys, lawn furniture and all other items away from the home, including anything that may attached to home.
All pet waste needs to be removed.
All pets are to be kept inside while the work is being completed.
Vehicles need to at the end of the driveway

The 2026 cost to rent the large pavilion will be $25.00.

For those homeowners who would like to pay their entire 2026 dues amount in full by February 1st. below are amounts with the 3% discount.

Pavilion Rentals

When planning a graduation party or a family reunion, please consider renting the GEHA Pavilion. The rental fee is low, lots of parking and a very large pavilion area. Please feel free to call Custom Community Mgt. at 724-799-5152 and ask for Tricia for additional information.
Visitor Parking

Pet Reminder

A reminder for pet owners:
Please respect others' property and don't take your pet into neighboring yards to do their business.
Please pick up any waste from your pets while walking them in Glen Eden. Leaving your pets' waste in someone else's yard (or your own) is a violation of the Rules and Regulations. It is also neglectful of your responsibilities as a pet owner and creates a health hazard.
Pets must also be on a leash when outside. They are not permitted to run loose.
NO ATV's, Dirt Bikes or Off-Road Bikes Permitted on GEHA Common Ground

ATV's, Dirt Bikes or off-road bikes are NOT permitted in the wooded area, common grounds, baseball field, or GEHA Pavilion Park area.
Reminder for Walkers

A reminder to the walkers in the community:
Please stay to the side of the road rather than walk in the middle. When it's dark, it is very hard to see walkers.
Carrying a flashlight or wearing something reflective would greatly contribute to your safety.
