Payback Program

As a result of the Glen Eden Board of Directors unanimous vote at the Glen Eden HOA Annual Meeting in December, the Pay Back Program is officially in effect. Checks have been mailed.

As stated in an earlier letter from the Treasurer, due to the budget constraints the Payback Program Plan will be paid over a period of three (3) years from the Common Account.
The first payment will be issued for the amount of $43.60 in 2012
The second payment will be issued for the amount of $43.60 in 2013
The third payment will be issued for the amount of $43.60 in 2014
The second payment will be issued for the amount of $43.60 in 2013
The third payment will be issued for the amount of $43.60 in 2014
Town Home Account Payment:
All Vinyl sided townhomes will receive a “one time” payment for the amount of $68.11 as a result of the over payment of 2009 dues.
With this payment, the Glen Eden Board of Director’s considers the overpayment of 2009 dues of the Vinyl sided Townhomes officially resolved and closed.
