There is no special order in which the painting will occur.

CCM to Turn off the Vantaca System on June 30th

CCM will be turning off access to Vantaca on June 30th.
So that the homeowners have a record of their account, the Board is requesting homeowner’s log on to their Vantaca account to either download or print your account statement prior to June 30th.

Power Washing Scheduled to Start

Power Washing is scheduled to start on June 8th.
Please move all outside decorative ornaments, children's toys, lawn furniture and all other items away from the home, including anything that may attached to home.
All pet waste needs to be removed.
All pets are to be kept inside while the work is being completed.
Vehicles need to at the end of the driveway

Pavilion Rental

The 2026 cost to rent the large pavilion will be $25.00.

For those homeowners who would like to pay their entire 2026 dues amount in full by February 1st. below are amounts with the 3% discount.
Single Family Homes - $308.46
Vinyl Sided Townhomes - $756.60
Wood Sided Townhomes - $931.20

No Ice Skating on the GEHA Pond

Pavilion Rentals

When planning a graduation party or a family reunion, please consider renting the GEHA Pavilion. The rental fee is low, lots of parking and a very large pavilion area. Please feel free to call Harvard Property Mgt. (724-780-2039) for additional information.
